A Wp-e-Commerce Module Framework
13th January
So I’ve made a couple of modules (Upgrades) for wp-e-commerce now, and I’m starting to get the hang of things. Theres a few key things to make a module actually tick with wp-e-commerce but don’t worry it takes it’s inspiration from WordPress so if your familiar at all with developing in WordPress then you should pick it up quick and easy.

Wordcamp NZ part 1
8th August
I’ve been attending the wordcamp nz conference at the Mt Vic Bowling Club. The speakers have all been fantastic, ranging from the end-user experience of wordpress as a blog/community meeting place, NZ Government Geeks talking about pushing the goverment into the 21-st century with blogging technology, to the ever popular Matt Mullenweg from Automatic i.e co-founder of wordpress itself! His talk was more of a Q n A, questions ranged from the expectations and concerns of the merger of wordpress and wordpress MU. Everyone’s concerns were put to ease when Matt said all the MU options will have to be activated to see them so the average wordpress user will not be confused by the extra options available for MU.
The day ended with a little informal get together at Temperance for every Kiwi geeks ambrosia, Beer, Fish and Chips … Read More »
