Your transaction results page is missing (404) which will sometime make your purchase in the sales page (wp-admin) be left at order pending which will make the product download show the error you mentioned.. “This download is no longer valid, Please contact the site administrator for more information”. 2. Check your Sales logs and make sure the purchase that buyers are complaining about are marked as Payment Accepted,, if they are marked as Order Received Change it.
